We have several requests for prayer:

  • Please pray for Rick and Phillis O'Quin as Phillis's mom went to be with the Lord a couple of weeks ago.

Requests

Good Afternoon:

We have some requests:

  • Please pray for Toby and Christi Maddox.  They had a house fire and need help.
  • Good morning all,
  • I wanted to let you all know that my Dad went home to be with the Lord at around 5:30 this morning.  He was surrounded by his family as he drew his last breath on this earth and took his first one in Glory.  Thank you all for your prayers and support for my family and me and for the love you have shown over these last few years as Dad’s health has declined.  The services are tentatively set for Monday afternoon @ Fellowship Baptist Church.  Thank you again and please continue to pray for Mom and my family.  Blessings, PT (Pastor Tim Ramsey)
  • Please pray for Shae Pletcher who had a second back surgery yesterday.  He has to be on his back all weekend and is having headaches from the procedure.  Pray for his complete recovery.

Remember your word to your servant, in which you have made me hope. This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life. Psalm 119:49-50

Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.  Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:28-31

Request

Good Afternoon:

We have this request:

  • Prayer request for Gina Deal's newborn granddaughter, Brooklyn. Brooklyn was born at 3:10 am this morning (Thursday) after a very difficult delivery. They have her in NICU on oxygen as they can't get her O-2 levels where they need to be. All the tests they have run appear ok and they are thinking it is just because of the difficult delivery. They are going to continue giving her oxygen and see how she is doing tomorrow. Please pray for this precious little one and for her mother, Hannah, as she just wants to hold her new baby.

The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.

Habakkuk 3:19

he is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of his saints.

O God, when you went out before your people, when you marched through the wilderness, Selah the earth quaked, the heavens poured down rain, before God, the One of Sinai, before God, the God of Israel. Rain in abundance, O God, you shed abroad; you restored your inheritance as it languished; your flock found a dwelling in it; in your goodness, O God, you provided for the needy. Psalm 67:7-10

Good Afternoon:

We have an update from Salem Silvey on the Nicaragua trip:

But Jesus called them to him, saying, "Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it."

Luke 18:16-17
