Requests

Good Afternoon:

We have some prayer needs today:

  • Please pray for Wes Anderson today.  He is having surgery in Enid today to reconnect his intestines.  Pray for his family and his doctors.
  • Please pray for Greg Allen.  He was supposed to have had brain surgery today, but was postponed until next week.  His white cells weren’t where they needed to be.  Pray that this will be taken care of and his surgery will be as scheduled.
  • Please pray for Latonia Chesshier.  She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer this week.

Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:6-7

Requests

Good Afternoon:

We have some requests for prayer:

  • Please pray for Steve Kinsey who had shoulder replacement and is also suffering from shingles.  Pray for a complete recovery.

·        We received this online: A financial advisor (FA) and his wife took about $500,000 from my parents. The FA lied to and took advantage of my parents who both had dementia. Dad then died. The FA then bought property with the money and his family now says they are rich. Please pray that the FA and his wife will be totally removed from mom's finances and that mom can get recovery of the finances the FA took.

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:9-14

Requests

Good Afternoon:

We have several needs today:

  • Please be in prayer for Bradyn Schwalk.  Kaci had to take him back to the Dr. in Amarillo yesterday and they put him back in the hospital.  He just can’t seem to get over the stomach problems he is having.  Please lift them up in your prayers.

  • Also, Pam Chisum’s mother, Mary Avant, is in the hospital in Amarillo with an obstruction in her intestines.  Please lift her up in prayer as well.  Thank you all for your prayers for those who are in need.  Blessings, PT

  • Carolyn Thurman is going with a group of 6 to Lesotho (Luh-soo-too) near South Africa on February 6-19.  They are asking us to pray for them & with them.  Satan has already started attacking the group.  They will be riding horses up into the mountains to witness to the people of 4 villages.  Please pray for their safety now & throughout the trip - as well as their fears.  Pray that this group will affect the lives of the villagers so that they may know the King of kings & Lord of lords!!!
  • We have a request that the world will be changed towards Jesus.  Amen!

Philippians 2:1-4

So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Praise

Good Afternoon:

We have a Praise!

  • I just received a call from Pastor.  His heart is has been beating irregularly and he saw a cardiologist this morning.  After all the tests, they determined that the irregular beat is all that is going on and they will treat that with medication.  He has nothing else wrong and will be back in the office tomorrow.  Praise the Lord for His goodness.

Thank you for praying for Pastor and all the needs that come through.

I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.  My soul will boast in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice.  Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together.  Psalm 34:1-3
