Good Afternoon:

We have several requests:

• Glenn Herring has bone cancer.  Please pray for him during this time.
• Connie McCartney has breast cancer.  She will be having surgery on Thursday at BSA and will have follow up with chemo or radiation.  There is good prognosis.  Please pray for her and her family during her recovery time.
• Please continue to pray for my Uncle Pat and Aunt Rita as they found that the tumor in his lung is malignant. They met with the surgeon Friday to schedule his surgery to remove the tumor in the top of his right lung. It is scheduled for Wednesday, September 22nd, and 8:00 a.m.  Thanks Kim Francis
• Danna Castor’s mother, Eva Thomas, had surgery on the arteries in her legs last Friday in OKC and is doing well.  Please continue to pray for her recovery.

Good Afternoon:

We have some needs today:

• Update on Leeann Heard, sister of Rita Tregellas.  Leeann is home with a broken back.  She will have to wear a brace for some time and will have therapy also.  She is to go back in 3 weeks for another MRI so the doctors can compare the MRI’s one month apart and see is things have changed.  We were told that it was not a bleed in her head so they are thinking that the first tumor she had 7 years ago has come back.  Please continue to remember Leeann in your prayers.  She still has a long way to go for recovery.

• Would you put my father on the prayer request list. He fell 25 feet out of a tree stand and shattered his ankle, compressed a disc in his back and hurt shoulder. I'm going over Thursday and Friday to help. My mother is in Houston right now taking care of my grandmother (who just had her hip replaced). He is doing ok, but is in a lot of pain and can't drive or walk for the next 10 weeks. Just asking for my dad to have a fast healing.

We have some prayer concerns:

Good morning all,

                I have a couple of prayer requests this morning that I would appreciate you all lifting up to the Lord.  

Richard and Judy Collins’ son-in-law’s funeral is today at 2:00.  Please lift Richard and Judy’s daughter, Kim, to the Lord as well as their 12 year old grandson.  I know their hearts are breaking right now and they need the comfort of the Lord in their lives.

Also, Sherry Plank asked that we pray for a co-worker of hers that has been diagnosed with Leukemia.  His name is Bill Dudley and the form of leukemia that he has is very aggressive.  Lift Bill and his wife Mary to the Lord for His healing touch.

• Please pray for Ciara Monk of Booker. She is a student at WT. She has been diagnosed with a brain tumor. They also found infection in her spinal fluid. She will be going to the Mayo Clinic this weekend for further consultation. We serve a God of miracles, and that is just what she is expecting. Blessings to you for praying.
• Please pray for Joe McCoy. He will be having surgery on his lung on Friday at 8 am.
• Please pray for Lois Bartz who injured her left shoulder and arm in a fall. Pray for healing for her.
