Haitian victims of the earthquake.

Hear my cry, O God;

Listen to my prayer.

From the ends of the earth I call to you.

I call as my heart grows faint;

Lead me to the rock that is higher than I

For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.

Requests and updates

Good Afternoon:

We have some needs today:

  • Wilbur Albright, uncle of Ralph Depew, will be having heart surgery on Monday January 11.  Please pray for him.

  • As of this morning, the doctor has ruled out rheumatoid arthritis on Margie’s niece- Layla.  There is a test they haven’t received the results on yet and the family doesn’t know if it is the one that will determine whether or not it is leukemia.  She is also being scheduled with a specialist to have her knee drained.  Please continue to pray for Layla and her parents – Niki and Jeffrey.  Also, once correction – Layla is 3 not 2.  Thanks for your prayers. Pastor Tim

  • Please pray for those traveling to Israel tomorrow.

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;

   His love endures forever.

Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the Lord

  Or fully declare his praise?

Blessed are they who maintain justice,

   Who constantly do what is right.

Psalm 106 1-3

Requests and updates

Good Afternoon:

We have an update and some requests:

·        I am preparing for my mission trip to Hungary.  I leave January 13th from Amarillo.  As I prepare my lessons this week, I'd love prayer for wisdom in planning the Good News Club schedule and lessons, and that I will be able to fit everything I need to take into my allowed luggage!  Thanks Tina Buschman

  • Update on Marvella Smith, Gayla Busch’s mother:  her blood pressure is unstable, her lungs still have fluid, but she is feeling better.  She is in a regular room.  Please pray that the doctors will find what is causing these problems and for her complete recovery.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.   Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.   Galatians 6:9-10
