Urgent Prayer Request

Just got word that my Brother-in-law Paul Raffetto has a rare cancer and will be having surgery Monday at 1:15 and would appreciate all your prayers.

We have these requests:

• Please pray for Shirley Cooper who has been diagnosed with cancer.  She will start treatments next week.  Pray for her healing and recovery.
• Please pray for Myrna Bell who has been placed in hospice.  Pray also for Leon, her husband, and her family during this time.
• Please pray for my niece, Lavina Sanders.  She has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer.  She has just started a new job in San Antonio as a psychiatrist at a Veterans Hospital and has a 5 month old baby.  The endocrinologist has told her that she fears the cancer may have spread throughout her body.  She is to have the remainder of the thyroid removed on December 2 and will start radiation in January. • Please pray for comfort and peace for the family of Gail Walters.  Gail passed away yesterday.  Her services will be Saturday, November 9 at 11:00 a.m. in the Turpin High School Auditorium, Turpin OK.  Gail is the mother of Courtney Jenkins.
• Please pray for Rick Allen who will be having surgery tomorrow.  Pray for a quick recovery.

We have some requests:

• Please pray for Betty Waterbury’s mom, Lois Crawmer, who is in ICU with health complications.  Pastor Mike and Betty are on their way to Missouri, so also pray for safe travels for them.
• Please continue to pray for Gail Walters, Courtney Jenkins’s mother.  She is being removed from the heart machine this afternoon.  Pray her heart will strengthen and work on its own.

 

We want to thank you for praying and interceding for the needs we are asked to send out on this prayer chain.  Sometimes we will never know until eternity how the prayers are answered.  Bless each of you for your faithfulness.
